Motorcycle Delivery UK is a family-run business specialising exclusively in motorcycle transport and storage. Founded in 2004 by owner-driver Scott Wood, the company was built around one simple principle: treat every bike as if it were your own.

What started as a one-man operation collecting and delivering motorcycles for private buyers quickly grew into a trusted nationwide service, used by individual riders, dealers and motorcycle trade customers across the UK.

How We Started

Motorcycle Delivery UK began when Scott Wood started collecting and delivering motorcycles purchased through platforms such as eBay and Bike Trader, as well as direct dealership sales.

Within the first year, the business built a loyal customer base thanks to reliable service, careful handling and clear communication. As demand increased, additional owner-drivers were brought on, each with vans professionally equipped specifically for transporting motorcycles.

To further support customers, we expanded into secure motorcycle storage, allowing us to offer both transport and storage under one roof.

Who We Are Today

Today, Motorcycle Delivery UK operates a dedicated fleet of motorcycle transport vans, driven by experienced owner-drivers who specialise solely in moving bikes.

Every driver and vehicle is fully equipped to transport motorcycles, scooters and quads safely and securely. We work with private owners, collectors, dealerships and trade customers, offering a personal service without call centres or third-party handling.

Our address is publicly listed, our reputation is built on real customer reviews, and every booking is handled directly by our team.

We operate from a secure industrial unit that allows us to provide both transport and motorcycle storage services.

Our setup includes:

A dedicated motorcycle storage unit with CCTV monitoring and alarm protection
Vans professionally kitted for motorcycle transport only
Fixed loading ramps suitable for large and heavy bikes
Motorcycle-specific straps, blankets and protective padding
Fully insured transport, with cover up to £50,000 per load via AXA (bike transport only)

This setup allows us to handle everything from modern superbikes to classic and high-value motorcycles with confidence.

How We Transport Your Bike

Once a quote is accepted and a booking is confirmed, we manage the entire process from collection through to delivery.

Motorcycles are loaded using fixed ramps and secured using proper motorcycle restraints, not general cargo straps. Bikes are protected with blankets and padding to prevent movement or damage during transit.

We keep customers informed throughout the journey and provide a call shortly before delivery so you know exactly when to expect us.
